Sometimes You Just Need to Talk - Now
Ideally, we would all be in regular supervision and have access to a coaching supervisor but sometimes that just isn’t the case.
You might be in between supervisors, you might not be making enough money from coaching,
you might have to wait a while till your next group supervision,
or your supervisor is away or unavailable and you just need to talk something through
with someone who understands and can support you.
You might have:
- Finished a session and thought it was so bad you need to give up coaching now, or it is really
impacting your self-confidence and ability to coach
- Have a safeguarding concern about your client and not sure what to do with it or if you handled it appropriately
- A client might have unexpectedly died
- A client tells you they no longer wish to work with you
- Something is happening in your life and you are unsure if you should be coaching e.g a dying parent,
health issues, challenges with your children, divorce
- You are unclear if you worked within boundaries when a client discloses previous trauma, abuse or mental health challenges
You don't need to wait for your regular supervision slot or carry these
concerns alone until your next scheduled session.
Emergency supervision offers you:
- A safe, confidential space to unpack what happened
- A professional to walk through the situation with you
- Practical support and ethical clarity when you need it most
- Immediate relief from the weight of uncertainty
- Professional validation and guidance to help you move forward
This isn't about crisis intervention - it's about professional support when you need it urgently.
Whether you're questioning a boundary decision, processing a difficult client disclosure,
or simply need to talk through a session that's left you unsettled, emergency supervision
provides the immediate professional support you deserve.
One-off Emergency Supervision: £100 + VAT
- 45-minute session, scheduled urgently (usually within 48 hours)
- Completely confidential and non-judgmental space
- Focused on the specific situation that's concerning you
- Professional guidance to help you process and move forward
- Available to both existing supervision clients and new contacts
Sometimes the most professional thing you can do is reach out for support when you need it.
You would encourage your clients to prioritise their wellbeing - extend that same compassion to yourself.
